Jim Bennette, CEO
Jim Bennette has over 23 years of executive level business development, sales and marketing experience and a long history of bringing revolutionary companies to market. Prior to joining VisiStat, Jim held executive strategic consulting and advisory roles at Adobe, Crowdflower and Coggno. Previous to those roles, Jim was VP of Sales, Business Development, Marketing and GM for Digital Fountain, where he was instrumental in rebuilding the company as a leader in digital media distribution to mobile devices and over broadband. Prior to Digital Fountain, Jim was Vice President of Sales and Business Development for Akimbo Systems, the first real service provider for IP-based video-on-demand content delivery to TVs. Before Akimbo, Jim was the Vice President of Business Development for Orb Networks, a software solution for digital media place-shifting. Jim also held executive positions at Aim Technology, E-Color and Phoenix Technologies. Along the way Jim also founded a few companies including TheCrowd.com. Jim holds a BSBA from University of Phoenix.
Stephen Oachs, Co-founder and CTO
Stephen Oachs brings extensive technical expertise and a strong entrepreneurial spirit to VisiStat in his role as co-founder and chief technology officer. Prior to VisiStat, he co-founded Pixelmation Internet Technologies, an award-winning, digital media firm based in the Silicon Valley specializing in Web-based application development. Prior to Pixelmation, Stephen served as Director of Research & Development for Think Technology, one of the pioneers in online grocery and apparel commerce. He is author of three Internet Technology Patents related to information management; two for information retrieval based on HTTP/1.1 domain label structures, and the third, for a system for parsing compound values to increase relevancy and provide flexibility to Boolean queries. Stephen is a published technical writer of Internet-related topics such as content design, hosting, and various marketing concepts. With more than 15 years of product management and infrastructure development experience, Stephen has the impetus, discipline and knowledge to successfully drive VisiStat's technological and creative vision.
Tina Bean, Co-founder and VP of Client Services
As a co-founder of VisiStat, and with more than six years of executive level experience, Tina provides strategic vision and an evangelistic spirit to VisiStat. She has been responsible for building the company's foundation, establishing its go-to-market strategy, driving sales, securing strategic partnerships and steering the development of the VisiStat ecosystem. Despite a highly competitive marketplace and challenging economy, Tina grew VisiStat into a multi-million dollar company with more than 100,000 customer accounts within the first five years. Through her business development expertise, she secured key relationships, which have catapulted VisiStat as a dominant player in the web analytics marketplace. In her current role as vice president of client services, she is responsible for customer support, training, account management and sales operations. Tina continues daily to demonstrate the value of VisiStat as she educates and interacts with its customers. Prior to co-founding VisiStat, Tina held various sales and marketing-centric roles in the high-tech field with Adept Technology, the largest North American industrial robotics manufacturer, and ACI US, makers of 4th Dimension, a relational database for the Macintosh. She holds a BA degree in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida.
Jim Campbell, VP of Marketing
Jim brings 15+ years of senior marketing experience to VisiStat in his roll as Vice President of Marketing. His career encompasses all facets of outbound marketing and communications in a variety of industries, including digital media & entertainment, Internet/e-commerce, mobile communications, SaaS, and content delivery. Before joining VisiStat, Jim was Vice President of Marketing for CDNetworks, a global content delivery network. Prior to CDNetworks, he ran marketing for Digital Fountain, a start-up that was acquired by Qualcomm in 2008. Prior to Digital Fountain, Jim ran marketing for SkillsVillage.com (acquired by PeopleSoft in 2001), and Photon Dynamics, which had a successful IPO in 1995. He has also held various marketing positions at 3Com Corporation. He is also a member of the Executive Committee for Autism Speaks, a non-profit organization. Jim holds a BA Degree in Advertising and a Masters Degree in Marketing Communications from San Jose State University.
Bob La France, VP of Sales & Business Development
Bob brings over 20 years of experience in software and technology, with companies ranging from early stage start-up to Fortune 500. His balance of strategic thinking and tactical execution has lead to partnerships with leading companies including HP, Real Networks, CBS, AP, Yahoo and others. Prior to joining VisiStat, Bob was VP Business Development at Aspira Networks, a solution provider for affiliate marketing and location-based shopping. Before Aspira, he was VP Business Development at Kadoink, a mobile platform for SMS delivery and mobile ad serving. He spent over four years as VP Business Development at MyWire in consumer content services, and three years as Vice President of Business Development at Storymail, a rich media email and application. As Senior Director Channels at Macromedia, Bob was responsible for over $100MM in annual revenue across multiple business segments. Additionally, he spent seven years at Apple Computer in sales, support and management. Bob holds a BA from the University of California, Berkeley.
