Inside Sales Person
This position requires someone who can learn the business quickly, cultivating a pipeline, and closing sales opportunities on a monthly basis to exceed business sales goals.
This is an inside sales position that requires the ability to provide great service and ask for business quickly.
The ideal candidates must have proven track record working as an inside sales person and possess drive, dedication, and sales focus to help build VisiStat's business.

- Generate enterprise business opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets, secure appointments with decision makers, execute a strategic sales process, and manage the prospect to close
- Generate a sales pipeline, qualify opportunities, and accurately forecast pipeline
- Create and implement strategic account plans
- Negotiate terms of business with clients to achieve win/win results that provide the basis for strong ongoing relationships and increased revenue
Qualifications & Experience:
- San Francisco Bay Area Residents Only
- Existing contacts with decision makers in B2B
- Minimum 4 years sales experience
- 2+ years selling services with a Software and/or Services company
- Demonstrated successful sales record by consistently achieving or exceed assigned sales quota
- Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Competitive, self-starter, hunter-type mentality
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred

MySQL Enterprise Developer
This position requires someone who is flexible and comfortable working on multiple projects and deadlines. The right candidate must be able to perform a variety of
assignments requiring knowledge of established programming procedures, data processing requirements and maintain and modify programs.
The ideal candidates must demonstrate programming skills and possess drive, dedication, and flexibility. The successful candidate would have the following skills and qualities:
Responsibilities:
- Code, test and troubleshoot programs utilizing the appropriate hardware, database, and programming technology
- Maintain and modify programs; make approved coding changes, develop detailed programming logic; write and maintain version documentation
- Test and develop programming modifications; write new program code using prescribed specifications
- Evaluate simple interrelationships between programs such as whether a contemplated change in one part of a program would cause unwanted results in a related part
- Analyze performance of programs and take action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users and approval of supervisor
- Confer with users to gain understanding of needed changes or modifications of existing programs. Resolve questions of program intent, data input, output requirements, and inclusion of internal checks and controls
- Maintain utmost confidentiality with regard to the information being programmed, processed, stored or accessed
- Document programming problems and resolutions for future reference

- Collaborate with other department directors in product development, and to implement new product features; assist personnel of other departments as a computer resource

- Responsibilities may require evening and weekend work in response to needs of the systems being supported
Qualifications & Experience:

- Ability to process computer data and to format and generate reports
- Ability to implement and troubleshoot programming changes and modifications
- Knowledge of computer flow charts and of programming logic and codes
- Ability to write technical instructions in the use of programs and/or program modifications
- Ability to investigate and analyze information and to draw conclusions
- Ability to learn and support new systems and applications
- Good interpersonal skills
- Minimum 5 years development experience
- 3+ years working with a software and/or development company
- Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Focused, high-energy, self-starter, analytical-type mentality
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred
