We like to know who and where visitors are from on our site. This report helps us to monitor flow of visitors in the real time. Unless you know where visitors are from and what content they read on our sites, we do not understand usefulness of content. We like to monitor length of the time they spend on each story, content sections they visit, and how often they visit our sites. The report also gives us uselful lead to learn and brainstorm new ideas for content on our site. Thanks for your innovative tools and reports.

Link tracking is an incredible tool for folks with business blogs as blogs are really a mechanism to funnel traffic or leads to your marketing websites. Link tracking gives you the opportunity to measure how many referrals your blog has made to your website. The best part about it however, is that you can measure the effectiveness of your marketing and promotional campaigns - how effective is that form I posted, how about that promo, or even how effective certain blog posts are versus others - Invaluable!

After making sales calls or sending emails it is important to see of those calls, who is visiting the site and from where. It is interesting to see when I make a call to Baltimore - that they visit the site while we are on the phone or directly after. Very helpful in gauging which leads are serious. The ISP report is a great tool for our marketing team because it helps us determine the potential clients that we miss during ad campaigns and trade shows.
