TuVox is the leading provider of On Demand Speech Applications, based on patented natural language technology. TuVox is achieving the industry's highest levels of caller adoption and call automation.

TuVox customers include enterprises in health, high technology, software, government, publishing, entertainment, telecommunications and retail industries. Companies include Activision, ABN-AMRO, AvMed, Citibank, Canon, Gateway, Netflix, Office Depot, Time Customer Service, TiVo, TV Guide and the United States Postal Service.

Need:

TuVox uses a highly targeted one-to-one marketing where it is critical to be able to know that the message got to the recipient. They came to VisiStat to see if there might be a solution, and found exactly what they needed to get the most from their marketing methods.

Objective:

Their goal was to accurately and immediately track the effectiveness of their targeted marketing. Specifically, they wanted to know when an e-mail link was used, and know which recipient acted on it. Furthermore, they needed to pinpoint which e-mails resulted in a click to a custom landing page, how long the visitor stayed, and what they viewed. TuVox wanted more precise information in order to follow-up on their responses and improve their percentage of sales.

Results Analysis:

By using VisiStat services, TuVox was able to track their e-mail advertising campaigns in a clear, specific way.

Identified Solutions:

TuVox knew their marketing campaigns, specifically their targeted contact strategy, left a large margin for guesswork and unless there was a positive direct response, they were left with indeterminate results. By analyzing the behavior of their audience through click path reports and isolating the data of their campaign landing pages, they were able to track how an e-mail was passed around inside a target company and greatly increase their follow-up results.

Conclusion:
